GP Asia, a local company, incorporated through a joint venture with Multisonix Ltd, develops and markets Multisonix suites of application in Asia.

Over the recent years, our portfolio has been extended to include “GPSourcing” a highly modular Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) model suitable for companies looking to outsource core elements of their customer care services and collections operations since 2009. Our business has growth rapidly over the last 5 years since 2009 from less than 10 employees to present strength close to 100 employees. Our nationwide support now reaches more than 22 cities nationwide providing 24x7x365 days support to our customers.

Our continuously improvement plan has been mapped yearly ever since 2011 with strategic initiatives. During the past year, a number of initiatives were implemented to further strengthen GPAsia’s governance, compliance practices and further enhanced our continuous improvement and profitability includes the following missions:

GPSourcing is based on the analysis of our customers’ existing operation, realized by experienced operational analysts and aiming to the effective and logical management of a corporation’s supportive operations.

This includes an end-to-end engineering solution; to create more effective and efficient business processes that will lead to tangible improvements in bottom line results. To-date we have customized our business process outsourcing to suite many large organizations including large organization like Sunway Medical and NCR Malaysia. We guarantee our work and we ensure a 100% pay back on investment.

The prestigious Training Office suite is strategically located at empire mall Subang jaya. That means everything you need-from visitors accommodation (4 star hotel), lifestyle mall and full complement training and meeting room facilities within a same mall. The size of the training suite is approximately 500 square feet fitted with internet business ready and training facilities.

A. Monthly Subscription fees to reserve the space and facilities –RM 3000/month per member. Members employees are eligible to utilize the facilities anytime during office hours Member can reserved the Full training suite up to 6 weeks continuously 4 times a year on first come first basic. Member can book the full training suite up to 4 hours usage per booking for unlimited number of time per year subject to first come first basic. All the above facilities amenities (14 items) as complimentary 

B. Professional ATM/CDM Technical courses available in the future. Rates will be finalized later. These courses will be facilitated by a Qualified Trainer. Short courses for CIT/First line support – Cassette calibration and etc. Short courses repair services - Card reader, Pick Modules, Presenter, CDM Repair and etc. Short Courses for Installer- Installation and upgrading Operation training– Usage of CSA/ES system Soft skills courses Comprehensive 6 weeks atm and cdm training for beginners.

GP Asia Sdn Bhd is the sole service delivery partner for world market leading ATM/CDM in Malaysia. Our priority is to contribute positively to the communities that we serve. We depend on the community in many ways and we know that the community depends on us. Through the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), we deliver the sustainable value to society by focusing on a variety of welfare related activities.

Under our CSR initiatives, GP Asia recently sponsored more than 80 students aged under 15 years old with club T-shirt and others sport gears. They are young kids that enrolled at Junior Badminton Club at Kota Permai, Shah Alam and the junior academic is headed by head coach Suffian Abu Bakar. Suffian is one of the former national player represented Malaysia for various badminton tournaments including Thomas Cup in the 80’s. Our motto is to assist young Malaysians to excel in sports and to promote healthy living.

We also plan to sponsor some selected primary schools students to undergo the badminton academic and organizing junior tournament for school children around Malaysia. This program will be able to encourage young generations to become highly productive and healthy and keeping away from bad influences.
